Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Project Manager to serve as the contractual interface with customers in Singapore. You will manage expectations and relationships with clients and stakeholders, oversee cost, scheduling, and resource planning, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of system-related experience in CCTV / VMS installation, IT (VAPT etc), infrastructure, software integration.
• Experience in Project Management, IT Management Systems deployment, or equivalent.
• Degree / Diploma in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or an equivalent discipline.

Responsibilities

• Act as contractual interface between the customer.
• Manage customers' expectations and the relationship with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage cost and profitability, scheduling of projects and resource planning.
• Able to manage and control quality.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Plan resources availability and allocation.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using verification techniques.
• Measure project performance and report/escalate as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Sourcing and evaluation of vendors; negotiate with suppliers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
