Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd is seeking an IT infrastructure technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT and security systems in Singapore. The role involves CCTV and video management system support, incident troubleshooting, and ensuring high system availability.

The candidate should have a diploma or degree in IT-related fields and at least 3 years of relevant experience, with additional certifications considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure maintenance, system administration, network support, or security operations.
• Experience in CCTV, surveillance systems, or physical security systems will be an added advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, CCNA, Security+, CEH, or equivalent are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for IT and security system infrastructure.
• Support the operation and maintenance of CCTV and video management systems, including surveillance servers, network devices, and security appliances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to servers, workstations, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Monitor system health, investigate faults, and implement corrective actions to maintain system availability.
• Participate in standby duty and after-office-hours support according to a weekly roster.
• Work independently during fault investigations and recovery activities while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Support system upgrades, patch management, cybersecurity compliance activities, and maintenance exercises.
• Maintain proper documentation, maintenance records, and technical reports.
