Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Surveillance Systems Engineer to lead design, implementation, testing and commissioning of advanced surveillance and video analytics solutions. You will oversee integration with command and control, security and traffic systems, while driving deployment optimization and cybersecurity compliance.

You will mentor engineers, support tendering and customer engagements, and manage large-scale projects across smart city or critical infrastructure

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in surveillance, security, or ICT systems.
• Strong knowledge of IP cameras, VMS, video analytics, networking, servers, storage and system integration.

Responsibilities

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead system design, implementation, testing, and commissioning of surveillance and video analytics solutions (e.g. Axis, Milestones, Ipsotek, Hikvision, ANPR and etc.)
• Manage integration with command & control, security, traffic, and third-party systems.
• Oversee deployment and optimization of video analytics, including AI-based detection, ANPR, object classification, and incident monitoring.
• Provide technical leadership for troubleshooting, maintenance, technology refresh, and system upgrades.
• Support tendering, technical proposal development, and customer engagements.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, quality, and operational requirements.
• Mentor and guide engineers and technical teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in surveillance, security, or ICT systems.
• Strong knowledge of IP cameras, VMS, video analytics, networking, servers, storage, and system integration.
• Experience managing large-scale surveillance projects and maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
