Job summary

MINYO INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.

is seeking a capable project management support professional to assist the Project Manager in monitoring construction progress and coordinating with clients and authorities in the pharmaceutical and process industries. You will help enforce quality and safety standards, issue permits to work for authorized activities, and ensure schedules and deliverables are met, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hold a CSCPM certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the PROCESS industry (pharma, chemicals, or oil & gas).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in tracking and reporting project construction progress to ensure adherence to schedules and deliverables.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Enforce site safety procedures to uphold a safe working environment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Issue permits to work (PTW) for authorized construction activities in accordance with safety protocols.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with clients to resolve issues and maintain project alignment.
• Facilitate collaboration between the project team and Singapore authorities to optimize resource allocation and resolve project challenges efficiently.
