Job summary

MINYO INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Management Support to oversee construction progress, quality, site safety, and client communications on Singapore projects. The role supports the Project Manager in coordinating activities to meet timelines and standards.

Applicants should hold a Polytechnic Diploma and safety certificates (CSCPM and SWSHPP). Experience in PROCESS industries is preferred, with responsibilities including government liaison and permit issuance to work.

Qualifications

• CSCPM certificate mandatory for project management support.
• Experience as Project Manager in the PROCESS industry (pharma/chemicals/oil & gas).
• Holder of SWSHPP certificate as additional safety qualification.
• Minimum Education: Polytechnic Diploma.

Job Summary

Support the Project Manager in overseeing construction progress, quality, site safety, client communication, government liaison, and permit issuance to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in monitoring and controlling construction progress to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Assist in enforcing site safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients to address project needs and updates
• Liaise with Singapore government authorities to secure necessary approvals and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage the issuance of permits to work (PTW) for construction activities to facilitate smooth operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a CSCPM (Construction Safety Course for Project Managers) certificate as a mandatory qualification for project management support

• Experience as a Project Manager in the PROCESS industry, including pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or oil and gas sectors
• Holder of an SWSHPP (Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant) certificate (formerly OPISC certificate) as an additional safety qualification
• Minimum Education: Polytechnic Diploma
