Job summary

TOYAH CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced site project manager to lead construction activities in Singapore.

You will plan automated systems, supervise on-site execution, and ensure adherence to budgets and schedules while coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors. The role requires proactive problem-solving and strong compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree holder.
• 5+ years of relevant construction process industry experience, managing Singapore process plant projects.
• Familiar with SG process plant regulations and Singapore construction regulation.

Responsibilities

• Plan automated systems for construction projects.
• Supervise and manage on-site construction works, monitor progress and quality.
• Involved in preplanning, value-engineering and sequence planning.
• Supervise contractors and laborers on sites.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors on projects.
• Address emergencies and delays affecting the project.
• Manage project cost, cash flow and ensure budget adherence.
• Ensure site implementation meets management targets and client expectations.
• Oversee the project quality and safety plan, ISO and OHSAS compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation and records of site works.
