Job summary

The Public Service Division is seeking a capable project leader to oversee the development, re-development and refurbishment of MSE-owned infrastructure such as hawker centres and after-death facilities. • Degree in Engineering/Architecture/Building/Project management.
• At least 5 years of relevant consultancy/building experience.
• Ability to foresee risks and propose mitigations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage development of MSE/NEA facilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare funding approvals.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to monitor projects on schedule and budget.
• Conduct feasibility studies and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Review design proposals to meet NEA objectives (quality, safety, sustainability).
• Manage procurement and administration of contracts.
• Prepare progress updates, budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure governance in contract administration and user requirements.
• Gather project information for process improvement.
