Job summary

CCCC-SJ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Deputy Managing Director to lead consulting operations for landmark transportation and complex building projects in Singapore. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams through design, approvals, and digital delivery while aligning with the Client’s strategic expectations.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, governance, and executive-level stakeholder management, reporting to the Managing Director and driving growth in the region.

Qualifications

• PhD in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore or Chartered Engineer (C.Eng) status preferred.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in engineering consultancy or project management, in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record delivering major airport projects or large-scale infrastructure and complex buildings in Singapore or the region.
• Deep knowledge of local building codes, structural regulations, and statutory approvals.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English; Mandarin would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Support the MD in overall operations, growth, and direction of the firm.
• Project Oversight: Govern landmark transportation infrastructure and complex building projects from inception to completion.
• Project Governance: Direct governance of major projects with emphasis on design coordination and delivery quality.
• Team Management: Lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring engineers and project managers.
• Client & Strategic Alignment: Manage high-level stakeholders to meet client expectations and outcomes.
• Financial & Risk Management: Monitor P&L, resources, risk, and contractual compliance.
• Drive design coordination and digital delivery workflows across disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals from authorities (LTA, BCA, URA, PUB, NEA).
