Leading A1 Main Contractor in Singapore seeks a C&S Design Manager to lead Civil & Structural design across design and construction stages on major building projects. You will drive multidisciplinary collaboration and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating with consultants, reviewing drawings and calculations, and ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations while guiding a design team through complex challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of C&S design experience with design management or coordination.
• Experience on large-scale Building Construction projects, preferably with an A1 Main Contractor.
• Knowledge of structural design, engineering calculations, technical submissions and Singapore regulations.
• Experience coordinating with design consultants, QPs, authorities and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage complex design requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage Civil & Structural design activities across the project design and construction stages.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, M&E teams and subcontractors to ensure effective multidisciplinary design integration.
• Review structural drawings, design calculations and technical submissions for compliance with project requirements.
• Manage design schedules, technical queries and design changes to support construction progress and project milestones.
• Liaise with Qualified Persons (QPs), authorities and project stakeholders on design approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and design solutions to resolve structural engineering and construction-related challenges.
