Job summary

Dynamics International School PTE. LTD. invites a dedicated Deputy Head of Early Intervention Programme (EIP) to lead and support the leadership and operations of our EIP, ensuring high-quality inclusive education for students with diverse learning needs.

You will oversee student placement and progress, coordinate curriculum, engage parents, mentor staff, and drive programme development while ensuring ECDA compliance and strong collaborative practice with teachers, therapists and families.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Special Education/Early Intervention, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience working with children with special needs, developmental delays or learning difficulties.
  • Good understanding of IEPs, student support and inclusive education practices.
  • Familiarity with ECDA requirements and Early Intervention practices in Singapore would be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team and collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary professionals.
  • Proactive, compassionate and committed to supporting children with diverse learning needs and promoting inclusive education.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations and delivery of the Early Intervention Programme (EIP), ensuring high-quality programme implementation and student support.
  • Oversee student placement, class allocation, IEPs, progress monitoring and appropriate learning and behavioural support.
  • Work closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals to support students with diverse learning needs.
  • Support curriculum development, inclusive education practices and continuous improvement of the EIP.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and families, providing guidance on student placement, progress and programme support.
  • Lead, coach and develop teaching and non-teaching staff through regular feedback, classroom observations, performance reviews and professional development.
  • Manage staffing requirements, staff deployment and recruitment in collaboration with HR.
  • Ensure programme documentation, student records and reporting are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the programme remains aligned with ECDA requirements, guidelines and standards, including required documentation, submissions and audit support.
  • Support programme development, new initiatives and operational improvements as required.
