Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 10-12 years trade management or related experience with a global liner.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement trade-specific strategies to drive market growth and profitability.
• Lead trade teams and ensure strategy is understood and executed.
• Set rate policies aligned with strategic and financial goals.
• Collaborate with Long-Haul GM and Chief Trade Officer.
• Own the trade-related P&L and drive superior financial outcomes.
• Lead market expansion and diversification into new trade lanes.
• Drive process improvements and new business development ideas.
