Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent accounting professional to join our finance team on a 9-month contract at Harbourfront.

You will maintain financial records, perform bookkeeping, manage master data, accounts payable/receivable, and assist with audits and statuto ry reporting. The role requires a recognised accounting degree (preferably CA) and 4–6 years of relevant experience, ideally with Big 4 exposure, and familiarity with SFRS(I) and consolidation tools.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA
• 4–6 years of relevant working experience, ideally with initial years in a Big 4 audit firm followed by commercial experience
• Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and perform bookkeeping tasks, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage master data, accounts payable, receivable, and bank transactions and work closely with outsourced service providers for financial operation matters
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Support preparation of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and XBRL filing submission
• Participate in ad-hoc tasks and other initiatives as assigned
• Other ad hoc duties assign by supervisor
