Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to frame narratives for diverse audiences.
• Ability to meet timelines, prepare high-level presentations, and contribute to strategy discussions.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement across agencies and partners.
• Experience in service design and handling customer feedback or appeals.
• Budget estimation and resource prioritisation with prudent governance.
• Experience in identifying risk, driving mitigations and addressing audit findings.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance, implement and review partnerships with agencies across government, unions, communities and private sector.
• Oversee strategic partnerships and performance oversight of institutional partners ensuring effective service delivery.
• Lead grant governance, develop processes and SOPs, and ensure integration of processes with operations and IT.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to improve operations and grants-related processes.
• Manage appeals/feedback mechanisms across agencies and craft appropriate operational responses.
