Job summary

Raffles Medical Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Deputy Director to strengthen leadership capability, governance, and compliance across the Group.

The role focuses on disciplined talent practices, manpower planning, and consistent HR policy application in line with regulatory requirements and the Group’s values. Key responsibilities include leading talent management, performance systems, and leadership development, while ensuring disciplined workforce planning and robust HR

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated sectors.
• Experience in talent management, performance systems, and workforce planning at group/enterprise level.
• Experience in senior management or board-level reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent management and Learning & Development across the Group.
• Govern manpower planning, reporting, analytics, and HR systems governance.
• Ensure policy consistency, compliance with labour laws across entities, and risk controls.
