Job summary

GovTech in Singapore is seeking a policy-oriented professional to shape Singapore's national payment schemes and governance. You will anchor policy, scheme rules, and infrastructure initiatives across PayNow, FAST, SGQR, and SPaN, engaging stakeholders from banks, PSPs, merchants, and regulators.

You will drive end-to-end scheme projects from policy to implementation, balancing regulatory safeguards with commercial interests to support Singapore's payment ecosystem and the government’s digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline.
• Experience in payments, financial services, fintech, or related field is advantageous.
• Ability to translate complex payment concepts into clear policy positions and scheme rules.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape Singapore's national payment schemes and governance frameworks.
• Deliver end-to-end payment scheme projects from policy to implementation.
• Coordinate with banks, PSPs, merchants, and regulators on scheme changes.
• Communicate policy positions and draft scheme rules for senior leadership.
