A1 Main Contractor in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Contracts Manager to support the commercial team across tender and post-contract phases. You will review documents, lead cost analysis and negotiate tenders, while managing day-to-day contractual matters and cost control on major projects.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience in contracts and strong skills in tendering, variations, and final accounts, with MRT/LTA exposure seen as advantageous.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 5-8 years’ relevant experience in contracts / commercial management.
• Strong experience in tendering and post-contract management.
• Proven experience in claims, EOT, variations, subcontract administration and final accounts.
• Experience in MRT, LTA or large-scale civil/infrastructure projects is advantageous.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate closely with project teams.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on commercial matters.
• Support the resolution of contractual issues and disputes.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, reports and commercial records.

Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor with a strong track record in delivering major building and infrastructure projects in Singapore. Due to continued project growth, they are looking for Deputy Contracts Manager to join their commercial team.

Responsibilities

• Location: East (transport provided)
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$9,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
