Job summary

LTA Safety & Contracts in Singapore invites applications for a Deputy / Assistant Manager, Contracts (Civil) to support the delivery of rail and road infrastructure.

You will oversee contract administration for diverse projects, including station, tunnel and viaduct works, focusing on cashflow, procurement, tendering, cost data analysis, and variation orders.

You will work in a team environment and coordinate with vendors to ensure contracts comply with standard conditions and procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Building/Project and Facilities Management/Quantity Surveying/Infrastructure and Project Management.
• Experience in cost estimation, contract administration or project management of multi-disciplinary engineering/construction projects.
• Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts specific to engineering or construction projects.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Those without working experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts for road and rail projects, ensuring compliance with contract provisions.
• Review cashflow forecasts and budgetary implications.
• Prepare procurement and tender documents.
• Conduct cost data analysis and support the award of civil contracts.
• Oversee payments, claims and variation orders.
• Perform post-award contract administration.
