Job summary

Achieve Group invites Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial team in Singapore. The role focuses on managing tender activities, post‑contract processes and cost control across major building and infrastructure projects.

You will handle variations, claims, EOT submissions and subcontract administration, liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure accurate commercial records and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 10–15 years’ relevant experience in contracts / commercial management.
• Strong experience in tendering and post-contract management.
• Proven experience in claims, EOT, variations, subcontract administration and final accounts.
• Experience in MRT, LTA or large-scale civil/infrastructure projects will be highly advantageous.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate closely with project teams.

• Support the resolution of contractual issues and disputes.
• Maintain accurate contract documentation, reports and commercial records.

Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor with a strong track record in delivering major building and infrastructure projects in Singapore. Due to continued project growth, they are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their commercial team.
