Responsibilities

• Lead contract administration aligned with company policies and IMS requirements.
• Oversee subcontract procurement: enquiries, quotations, terms, and selection.
• Administer subcontract agreements, changes, and final settlements with clients and subs.
• Maintain accurate contractual records and project documentation.
• Develop costing and contracts databases for active projects.
• Provide guidance on contractual matters to project teams for informed decisions.
• Interpret contract documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Identify tender issues and propose solutions to protect profitability.
• Assist in preparing tender write-ups and submission documents.
• Monitor final accounts closure to ensure financial completion.
• Plan and oversee subcontract awards to prevent delays.
• Contribute to IMS effectiveness for quality and compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Contracts and Tender Head.
