Job summary

Citi in Singapore seeks a senior leader to head Japan Asia North and Asia South balance sheet strategy and analytics for deposits. You will drive optimization, analytics, and governance across clusters to align with liquidity management and regulatory needs.

The role requires deep treasury experience, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with Finance, Data Analytics, and Sales to unlock growth opportunities and manage risk.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in product management and/or treasury.
• Experience in cash and liquidity management products and/or client treasury activities is desirable.
• Strong balance sheet, revenue growth, and risk management mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall balance sheet optimization strategy for the Clusters to contribute to the overall cluster goals.
• Collaborate with Finance to manage CCAR, Plan, and QMMF, aligning macro factors with deposits and segment targets.
• Support LMS Cluster Heads in growing deposits and aligning with product plans.
• Enhance Monthly Cluster/Client Analytics and standardize KPIs with Finance/Data Analytics teams.
• Lead beta processes with Finance/Treasury and track monthly performance.
• Prepare materials for monthly forums (QBRs) and ensure follow-ups.
• Forecasting improvements for GSIB capacity with cross-functional teams.
• Highlight SYC issues for countries and ensure Citi policy alignment.
• Conduct annual country deep dives focusing on material balance sheet impact.
• Drive NIM/RLAP/ROTCE optimization with Pricing team.
• Provide training on balance sheet concepts for product/sales teams.
• Support ad hoc balance sheet requests from leadership.
