Job summary

GLY GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for Experienced Dental Surgery Assistants. You will assist dentists during procedures, ensure a clean environment, and handle patient interactions at the front desk.

This full-time position requires a minimum of ‘N’ or ‘O’ levels and good communication skills. Experience in a similar role is preferred. Additional language skills, especially Mandarin, are advantageous. Salary starts at $2,800 per month with performance bonuses.

Job Description & Requirements

Salary and Benefits

• $ 2,800 per month onward depending on years of experience as Dental Surgery Assistant or higher
• Periodic revision of salary
• Annual and Performance Bonus

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (5pm on Friday)
• Saturday from 9am to 1pm.
• No night shifts.

Job Description

• Assists the dentist during the dental treatment;
• Take X-ray and other digital images of patients as required by performing dentists;
• Maintains and ensures cleanliness of entire clinic and all dental equipment;
• Ensures high standard of infection control;
• Maintain dental supplies and ordering when the supplies are low in stock;
• Performs front-desk duties e.g. check-in & check-out of patients plus cashiering using Clinic Assist;
• Handles telephone inquiry and bookings for the patients' appointments;
• Follow-up with patients pertaining to treatments and appointments reminder plus recall duties;
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned to him/her.

Requirements

• Minimum ‘N’/ ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills

1. Those who can communicate with patients in other languages beside English such as Mandarin, would be added advantage;

2. Experience in similar position would certainly an advantage;

• Remuneration will commensurate with experience;
• Annual Bonus and bonus based on Performance;
• Periodic increment will based on punctuality, working attitude, healthy working relationship with team members, aspiration to excel in given duties and others;
