Job summary

CASA DENTAL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dentists, manage instruments and materials, and ensure smooth clinic operations. You will assist with treatments, patient prep, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Preference given to those with at least 2 years of dental receptionist experience, strong service orientation, and willingness to learn. Weekend work is required at BT Batok / Tengah locations.

Qualifications

• O Level or Diploma required.
• English required; additional languages a plus.
• Customer service oriented and detail-focused.
• Weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists in providing dental treatment.
• Protect patients from unnecessary radiation during X-rays.
• Educate patients about procedures.
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Comply with dental regulations and protocols.
• Manage clinic inventory and supplies.
• Prepare patients for oral examination.
• Prepare dental materials and impressions.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and greet patients.
• Handle appointments, registrations, payments, and inquiries.
• Answer calls, messages and keep patient records accurate.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
