Job summary

Fullerton Health is seeking a Dental Assistant to support Dental Officers with chair-side procedures in a busy clinic in Singapore. You will prepare materials and instruments before treatments, maintain high infection-control standards, and ensure patient safety and service quality.

You will also manage patient appointments, stock inventories, and liaise with vendors to ensure timely deliveries, while delivering friendly, professional customer service to students and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Minimum 1 year experience in dental/healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side dental assistance to Dental Officers for various dental procedures.
• Prepare dental materials and instruments prior to consultations and treatments.
• Achieve and maintain high standard of infection control protocols, and MOH guidelines.
• Manage patients’ appointments scheduling in the clinic-based system for new and revisit cases.
• Maintain inventory records of equipment and stock supplies; liaise with vendors on deliveries.
• Perform daily decontamination procedures of dental instruments and ensure good housekeeping.
