Job summary

Success IT Consultancy & Services Pte Ltd in Orchard, Singapore is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental procedures and front-desk operations. Ideal candidates have 1 year of related experience, enjoy helping patients, and work well both independently and in a team.

You will prepare treatment rooms, disinfect instruments, handle admin tasks, and maintain records while upholding strict hygiene standards. This full-time role offers a 5.5-day work week and normal office hours.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a dental or clinic assistant or nurse assistant
• Able to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist in all dental procedures
• Prepare the operating room, disinfect equipment and restock supplies
• Perform front desk duties: answer calls, attend to customers, provide patient service, manage clinic inventory
• Maintain clinical records and perform admin duties
• Maintain hygiene standards by cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing instruments

Job Description

• Assist dentist in all dental procedures
• Prepare the operating room, disinfect dental equipments and restocking of dental supplies/materials in advance prior to the procedures.
• Perform Front desk duties such as answer phone calls, attend to customers and provide customer service for patients, take care of clinic inventory
• Perform Admin duties such as maintaining clinical records, filing, etc.
• Maintain overall Hygiene standard. Clean, disinfect and sterilize instruments and equipment

Others: Location is in Orchard, normal office hours & 5.5 work week
