Job summary

IT Consultancy & Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Dental Assistant or clinic assistant to join our healthcare team in Orchard. You will assist dentists, prepare the operatory, and ensure sterile instruments, while supporting front desk duties and patient care.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, is a good communicator, can work independently and as part of a team, and is passionate about patient service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as a dental/clinic/nurse assistant
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about healthcare and patient care
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-facing and service-oriented

Responsibilities

• Assist dentist in all dental procedures
• Prepare the operatory, disinfect dental instruments and restock supplies before procedures
• Perform front desk duties: answer calls, greet customers, provide patient service and manage clinic inventory
• Maintain clinical records and filing
• Maintain hygiene standards: clean, disinfect and sterilize instruments and equipment

Requirement:

• 1 year experience as a Dental Assistant or clinic assistant or nurse assistant

Job Description

• Assist dentist in all dental procedures
• Prepare the operating room, disinfect dental equipments and restocking of dental supplies/materials in advance prior to the procedures.
• Perform Front desk duties such as answer phone calls, attend to customers and provide customer service for patients, take care of clinic inventory
• Perform Admin duties such as maintaining clinical records, filing, etc.
• Maintain overall Hygiene standard. Clean, disinfect and sterilize instruments and equipment

Others: Location is in Orchard, normal office hours & 5.5 work week
