POLYGEMS (PG) DENTAL CARE (SELETAR) PTE. LTD. invites a Dental Assistant to join our busy clinic in Singapore.

This role combines dental chairside assistance with reception duties and starts as a fixed-term contract, with Saturdays and Sundays required. During clinical sessions you will prepare rooms, assist clinicians, maintain instrument sterility and infection control, and help with stock. Non-clinical duties include patient registration, appointment scheduling, payments, and basic admin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental clinic experience.
• Able to assist confidently with common dental procedures.
• Familiar with sterilization and infection-control procedures.
• Willing to work weekends and handle reception duties.
• Good communication and reliable.

Work Arrangement & Schedule

IMPORTANT:

• Work onSaturday and Sunday
• One day off

Job Responsibilities

This is a combinedDental Surgery Assistant and Dental Receptionistrole.

During clinical sessions:

• Provide chairside assistance for most dental procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and materials
• Clean, disinfect and sterilise dental instruments
• Maintain infection-control and clinical cleanliness standards
• Assist with clinical stock and general clinic duties

During non-clinical sessions:

• Handle patient registration, enquiries and appointments
• Manage calls, messages and appointment scheduling
• Collect payments and issue receipts
• Assist with CHAS, Medisave and other applicable payment schemes
• Perform basic administrative and reception duties

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dental clinic experience (at a single clinic)
• Able to assist confidently withmost common dental procedures
• Familiar with dental instruments, sterilization and infection-control procedures
• Able to perform bothclinical assisting and reception duties
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, punctual and reliable
• Must be able to work on Saturdays and Sundays
