Job summary

TSH Corporation Limited is seeking passionate, service-oriented individuals to join our kitchen team. This role involves cleaning and sanitising food prep areas, washing cooking appliances and utensils, and assisting the Cook with ingredient preparation in a fast-paced environment.

You will help with stock checks, receiving deliveries, and maintaining HACCP standards. A minimum of 1 year in a restaurant is advantageous, with the ability to stand for long hours and work shifts including weekends

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in restaurant.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene requirements.
• Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Positive, motivated and multi-skilled with a keen eye for detail.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
