Job summary

FONG'S ENGINEERING AND MANUFACTURING PTE LTD is seeking a Planning professional to analyze customer demand and plan material purchases and production loading using Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP and MES data.

You will support planning and purchasing with ERP/MES information, manage demand fluctuations using BC MRP, and monitor performance with Power BI dashboards linked to BC ERP and Arcstone MES.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Planning and production planning experience
• Knowledge of ERP/MES systems

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer demand and plan material purchases and production loading using Business Central ERP, integrated ERP modules, and MES data.
• Support planning and purchasing using ERP and MES information for material and production planning.
• Manage changes in demand using Business Central MRP to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
• Monitor planning performance with Power BI dashboards tied to Business Central ERP and Arcstone MES.
• Analyze ERP/MES data to identify demand patterns and support planning decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional processes among Planning, Purchasing, Production and Warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job description

• Analyze customer demand and plan material purchases and production loading accordingly using Business Central ERP, integrated ERP modules, and MES data.
• Support planning and purchasing activities, ensuring effective use of ERP and MES information for material and production planning.
• Manage changes and fluctuations in customer demand, utilizing the Business Central MRP module to ensure material availability and support on-time customer delivery.
• Monitor and review planning performance and processes using Power BI dashboards integrated with Business Central ERP and Arcstone MES.
• Perform data analysis and trend monitoring using ERP and MES data to identify customer and product demand patterns and support planning decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and process flow among Planning, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and other relevant departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Education

• Minimum Diploma in any field

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
