Job summary

Hunter Amenities in Singapore is seeking a motivated Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. You will drive accurate demand forecasting, effective inventory planning, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across SEA and Oceania to balance service levels, inventory health, and cost efficiency.

This role suits a data-driven supply chain professional who enjoys cross-functional regional work and continual improvement initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • 2–3 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or a related supply chain role.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Power Query, MS SQL is an advantage.
  • High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy.
  • Effective time management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Chinese to work with China’s vendors; knowledge of other Asian languages is an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Develop, analyse, and align demand forecasts with sales teams, distributors, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and factories to support effective supply planning and minimize inventory risks.
  • Manage inventory parameters, MRP settings, and stock profiles within ERP systems across multiple countries or regions.
  • Lead and participate in fortnightly demand and supply review meetings with commercial teams and supply partners.
  • Support the S&OP process by balancing demand, supply, service levels, inventory, cash flow, and operational costs.
  • Ensure timely purchase order placement and coordinate logistics planning to support smooth supply flow.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to slow-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory, proposing practical solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance against KPIs and support decision-making.
  • Promote best practices in demand and inventory planning across cross-functional and regional teams.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. This role plays a key part in driving accurate demand forecasting, effective inventory planning, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders within the SEA and Oceanian region.
