Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a IT Solutions Support professional to drive rollout activities for Demand Forecast Planning in the APAC region. You will engage business users, design and test new solutions, and coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure successful implementations.

Key qualifications include a IT degree, strong communication, and hands-on experience with Oracle/SQL and .NET. This role focuses on extending and stabilizing planning applications across multiple markets.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to engage biz users at all levels for requirement discussions.

Responsibilities

Support rollout activities related to Demand Forecast Planning Solutions across APAC.
Drive implementation of system enhancements & change requests.
Engage business users to understand requirements and ensure solutions meet needs.
Design, test and implement new solutions and change requests with stakeholders.
Support existing biz applications; investigate issues and fix bugs.
Collaborate with technical and business partners/vendors on activities.
Leverage Oracle/SQL knowledge to support data/system design and patching.
