Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a Senior Regional S&OP Manager to lead the regional S&OP processes for its product portfolio. You will drive and monitor the end-to-end S&OP cycle, align with Global demand and supply planning, and ensure process consistency across regions.

You will interact with cross-functional teams and senior management, overseeing demand forecasts, revenue planning, and supply constraints. Strong forecasting software skills and advanced Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of extensive S&OP experience in managing a large product portfolio.
• Strong interaction with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Proficiency in forecasting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive and monitor S&OP processes for assigned regional products.
• Align demand and supply planning with global processes and targets.
• Lead regional demand management and unit/dollar demand forecasts, including revenue and samples.
• Coordinate with regional supply teams to meet financial and customer requirements.
