Job summary

Evonik (SEA) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Demand and Supply Planner to manage supply chain resources, balance demand and supply, and run IBP R&S within S&OP processes. You will monitor KPIs, optimize inventory, and support global SCM projects.

The role requires a Diploma in supply chain management and at least 3 years of experience in planning, with strong analytical, communication, and SAP/IBP skills. Singapore-based role with hybrid/flexible work options.

Qualifications

• Diploma in supply chain management, business processes, industrial engineering, business management or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in supply chain management and production scheduling.
• Strong analytical skills, customer orientation, resilience and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages allocated supply chain resources and demand processes to meet customer service targets at minimal operating cost and optimum stock levels.
• Balance demand and supply for the assigned plants within regional/global network planning; establish base for constrained supply and implement supply plans.
• Run and adapt IBP R&S within S&OP processes for the assigned plants.
• Monitor planning effectiveness KPIs and drive improvement measures.
• Execute allocation in case of supply shortage targeting Business Line interests; monitor bottlenecks and improvements.
• Manage inventory of the assigned plants to optimize Net Working Capital and balance with service levels and costs.
• Support global SCM projects like Distribution Network Optimization and End to End Planning tools.
• Monitor variable costs and communicate pricing considerations with the Product Line Manager.
