Qualifications

• 拥有供应链相关领域专科及以上学历。
• 至少3年供应链管理与生产排程工作经验。
• 熟练运用SAP与IBP R&S进行计划与执行。
• 具备独立分析复杂问题的能力与较强的沟通协调能力。

Responsibilities

• 计划和管理分配的供应链资源与需求流程，确保客户服务目标与成本、库存水平的平衡。
• 在区域和全球网络的背景下，按年度至周度基准平衡需求与供应，建立约束供应决策的基础。
• 在S&OP流程中运行并调整IBP R&S，监控KPI以推动改进措施。
• 在供应短缺时执行分配流程，最大化业务线利益。
• 优化并监控在手工厂的库存管理，以平衡净运营资金与服务水平。
• 支持全球SCM项目如分销网络优化与端到端规划工具落地。
