Job summary

AMTSOL is seeking a DeltaV CSV Engineer in Singapore to plan, execute and document validation activities for Emerson DeltaV systems in line with GxP, GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.

You will validate hardware, software modules, and batch applications, author validation deliverables, and coordinate with CQV, IT/OT, QA and manufacturing teams to ensure robust compliance and traceability.

Qualifications

• Must hold a technical engineering degree and 5+ years in DeltaV CSV in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to author/review URS, FS, DS, risk assessments and validation reports.
• Strong knowledge of GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute DeltaV validation lifecycle including IQ/OQ/PQ and regression testing.
• Validate hardware, software modules and batch applications on DeltaV systems.
• Coordinate with CQV, IT/OT, QA and manufacturing teams for validation deliverables.
• Ensure data integrity, audit trails, electronic signatures, and cybersecurity controls.
