Advanced Manufacturing Tech Solutions (AMTSOL) is seeking a highly skilled DeltaV CSV Infrastructure Engineer to lead CSV activities for DeltaV infrastructure projects. Candidates should possess expertise in DeltaV DCS, Batch systems, and have Emerson DeltaV Certifications. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex automation issues and deliver validated solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in DeltaV DCS, Batch (ISA-88), and Computerized System Validation (CSV).
• Strong background in commissioning, automation, IT/OT convergence.
• Emerson DeltaV Certifications: Batch, Continuous, SIS Service, Cybersecurity Assessment.
• Mandatory experience with Kneat Software.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSV activities for DeltaV infrastructure projects.
• Design and implement DeltaV Batch systems with ISA-88 compliant structure.
• Manage system architecture ensuring high availability and secure operations.
• Execute full project lifecycle: design, configuration, FAT, SAT, commissioning.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls.
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues across systems.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and FDA standards.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver automation solutions.
