Job summary

ARCHER MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT (S) PTE LTD seeks a responsible Delivery Technician to join our Operations team in Singapore. You will handle delivery, installation, setup and basic user training of photocopiers and printers at customer sites, blending logistics, customer service and technical support in a field role.

Responsibilities include driving to sites, setting up equipment, providing user training, and writing deployment reports.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read English and have basic computer knowledge/interest.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to carry photocopiers and printers.
• Competent with maps and geographical locations of Singapore.
• Class 3 license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and set up photocopiers and printers at customer sites.
• Provide user training on basic functions of devices deployed.
• Write deployment reports after each deployment.
• Drive to customer locations and manage on-site setup.

Job description

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Delivery Technician to join our Operations team.

You will be responsible for the delivery, installation, setup, and basic user training of photocopiers and printers at customer locations across Singapore. This role combines logistics, customer service and technical support, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy both fieldwork and technology.

• Delivery Technician for photocopiers and printers.

• Drive, deliver and setup photocopiers and printers on customer site.

• User training on how to use basic functions of photocopier / printers deployed.

• Will be trained to do IT Installation on site.

• Writing of reports after each deployment.

Work hours, location and job details

• Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6pm) Office located at Penjuru
