Job summary
Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited seeks an experienced Delivery Practice Manager to lead the Associate to Consultant ProServe Delivery Team and manage ~10–20 associate consultants. You will translate business outcomes into IT strategies and work with executives to drive enterprise projects.
You will also oversee P&L, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead hiring, onboarding, and capability development to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and outstanding customer
Qualifications
- 8+ years in IT/management consulting with leadership experience.
- Experience owning IT transformation projects.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, mentoring staff.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performing Delivery team.
- Collaborate with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, Account Executives and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions.
- Develop and oversee IT strategies for customers.
- Manage practice P&L and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Drive business development and exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Develop hiring, onboarding, and capability development for early-career staff.
- Identify engagement staffing opportunities and optimize utilization.
- Drive training to accelerate consultant development.
