Job summary

Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited is seeking a Delivery Practice Manager to lead the Associate to Consultant ProServe Delivery Team, guiding early-career consultants and supporting AWS enterprise customers through transformative projects.

You will build and manage a team of Delivery Consultants and Engagement Managers, engage with directors and C-level executives, drive business development, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while achieving customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
8+ years in IT and/or Management Consulting, with at least 3 years in a people leadership role.
Fluency of English

Responsibilities

Building and managing a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants
Collaborating with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architect to deploy solutions
Developing and overseeing the implementation of innovative IT strategies for customers
Managing practice P&L, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery of customer engagements
Driving business development initiatives and exceeding customer satisfaction targets
Work with teams across AWS to develop mechanisms to accelerate hiring and onboarding
Drive technical and soft skill training to focus and accelerate consultant development
