Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking a hands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager/Business Analyst with at least 4 years of relevant experience to support a portfolio of commercial digital initiatives in Singapore. The role reports to Digital Manager and will bridge business analysis with project delivery across multiple functions.

The candidate will work independently in a complex, cross-functional environment, prioritising requirements, planning, and execution while ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Project Management and Business Analysis experience
• Ability to combine business analysis with practical delivery management
• Experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, process mapping, translating requirements
• Experience managing scope, priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation across business and technical teams
• Comfortable working with data-driven use cases, including reporting, analytics, data flows, and integration points
• Able to work independently, navigate ambiguity and bring structure and clarity to evolving requirements and priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including concise documentation for both business and technical audiences
• Hands-on and outcome-focused, driving issues and initiatives toward delivery

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives end to end, from problem definition and requirements through planning, execution, and delivery
• Elicit, analyse, and shape business requirements, clarifying problems, outcomes, scope and priorities
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions
• Work with stakeholders to prioritise requirements and delivery activities based on business value and constraints
• Coordinate activities across multiple initiatives, identifying cross-project dependencies and potential conflicts
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to establish requirements, priorities, ownership, decisions, and next steps
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, features, user stories, or other actionable items
• Analyse end-to-end processes and data flows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Document current and target-state processes, requirements, system interactions, and data flows
• Collaborate with business, Digital, data/engineering and system teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum
• Provide clear project updates and decision support, escalating risks as needed
