Job summary

YOUNG (YANG) TCMWELLNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Delivery Driver in Singapore. You will be responsible for safe product delivery to clients and outlets, maintaining vehicles, and supporting stock and warehouse processes.

The role requires a valid Singapore driver’s license, experience in delivery logistics, and strong communication to ensure high customer service. The position emphasizes time management, accuracy, and a proactive approach to route optimization.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore driver’s license (Class 3/3A) with a clean driving record.
• Experience in delivery driving, preferably in beauty, spa, or TCM industries.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Physically fit to lift, load and unload products.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely to clients and outlets on time.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily checks (fuel, oil, tires).
• Report vehicle issues or delays to management promptly.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and product organization.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
• Manage warehouse/outlet documentation (stock records, invoices, delivery orders).
• Conduct monthly stock-taking and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain good communication between outlets, HQ, and warehouse.

Product Delivery 产品配送

• Safely deliver products (e.g., spa supplies, beauty products, TCM items) to clients and outlets on time
• 安全并准时将产品（如水疗用品、美容产品、中医相关产品）配送至客户及各门店
• Verify delivery addresses, load/unload products with care,and ensure delivery accuracy with supporting documentation (e.g., invoices,delivery orders)
• 核对送货地址，小心装卸货物，并根据发票及送货单确保配送准确无误
• Optimize delivery routes for efficiency and fuel savings
• 优化配送路线，提高效率并节省燃油成本
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning delivery vehicle,performing daily vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tire pressure)
• 保持车辆清洁及良好状态，并进行每日检查（油量、机油、轮胎气压等）
• Promptly report vehicle issues or delays to management
• 及时向管理层汇报车辆问题或配送延误情况

Requirements 任职要求

• Valid Singapore driver's license (Class 3/3A) with a clean driving record
• 持有新加坡有效驾驶执照（3号/3A），且无不良驾驶记录
• Proven experience in delivery driving, preferably in the beauty, spa, or TCM industry
• 具备配送驾驶经验，有美容、水疗或中医行业经验者优先
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• 具备良好的时间管理及组织能力
• Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
• 了解基本库存管理系统
• Physically fit to lift, load, and unload products
• 体力良好，能够搬运及装卸货物
