Job summary

Calgin Enterprises Pte Ltd is seeking a warehouse associate to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders, while managing inventory and records. The role supports daily delivery operations to ensure smooth warehouse and shipment processes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving inventory, maintaining stock records, organizing space, and assisting with inbound shipments. Must be able to lift stock safely and communicate with English and Mandarin-speaking clients as required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3 driving licence with a good driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move stock.
• Ability to communicate effectively with English and Mandarin-speaking clients as needed.
• Well-organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in driving manual vehicles.

• Accurately pick and pack released orders to meet daily delivery requirements.

• Maintain detailed records of all inbound and outbound materials daily.
• Perform regular inventory counts to verify stock levels.
• Organise products and prepare warehouse space ahead of inbound shipment arrivals.
• Replenish goods onto shelves to maintain stock availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned warehouse areas.
• Communicate effectively with English and Mandarin-speaking clients as needed.
• Safely lift and move stock to support warehouse operations.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
