Job summary

OCBC in Singapore seeks an experienced delivery assurance professional to strengthen delivery confidence across a complex project portfolio spanning modernisation, regulatory, and risk initiatives. You will partner with project teams and senior stakeholders to monitor health, validate status, and guide early intervention with evidence-based insights.

You will lead independent assurance, assess feasibility, challenge forecasts, and drive governance improvements across programmes and portfolios in

Qualifications

10+ years of project or programme management experience.
Strong exposure to delivery governance and complex technology delivery.
Knowledge of risk management and implementation readiness.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 or Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor portfolio health with dashboards and assurance reviews to identify risks, trends and required management attention.
Assess whether outcomes remain achievable based on plans, forecasts, risks and readiness evidence.
Conduct independent delivery assurance, stage-gate assessments and risk-based deep dives for high-impact initiatives.
Validate reported delivery status across sources and challenge assumptions and recovery plans with evidence.
Translate delivery data into assessments of delivery confidence, exposures, and required leadership actions.
Engage stakeholders and continuously improve assurance frameworks, reporting and portfolio oversight capabilities.
