Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a permanent Project/Program Manager in the defence/complex engineering sector. You will plan and execute programs, coordinate schedules, manage risks, and ensure alignment with contractual and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include ILS planning, maintenance concepts, spares planning, post-delivery support, and coordinating with vendors. You will engage stakeholders and present project status for reviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or program management within defence, air, land, naval, or complex engineering systems
• Understanding of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and maintenance concepts
• Familiarity with supply management and post-delivery customer support activities
• Ability to work across local and overseas multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Singaporeans only

• Program & Project Management Support: plan and execute electronic systems/subsystems program, coordinate schedules, track deliverables, manage risks and ensure contractual alignment
• Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) & Sustainment: contribute to ILS planning, maintenance concepts, spares planning and in-country repair/sustainment
• Supply & Post-Delivery Support: coordinate with vendors and internal teams; provide post-delivery customer support
• Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: work with program teams and authorities; prepare materials for reviews and engagements
• Technical & Systems Understanding: apply knowledge of naval or complex systems to support decisions and sustainment planning

- Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm
- Ang Mo Kio (shuttle Service provided from selected MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Program & Project Management Support: Support the planning and execution of electronic systems/subsystems program, including coordination of schedules, tracking of deliverables, risk management plannings, monitoring and control, and ensuring alignments with contractual and customer requirements.
• Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) & Sustainment: Contribute to ILS planning and sustainment activities, including maintenance concepts, spares planning, and supportability considerations. Support the establishment and sustainment of in-country repair and maintenance capabilities throughout the operational life of the system.
• Supply & Post-Delivery Support: Support supply management activities, including coordination with vendors and internal teams. Provide post-delivery customer support to ensure timely resolution of logistics and technical issues and smooth transition into operational support.
• Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Work closely with internal program teams and external authorities to support program execution. Prepare materials and inputs for project reviews, coordination meetings, and customer engagements, ensuring clear and accurate communication of program status.
• Technical & Systems Understanding: Apply working knowledge (but not limited to) of naval or complex electronic systems to support program decision-making, integration activities, and sustainment planning. Assist in assessing technical impacts on cost, schedule, and long-term support outcomes.
