Job summary

UNISEARCH SERVICES PTE. LTD. East location is seeking a production test technician to assist engineers with server and rack tests in production lines. The role covers burn-in, power testing, and run-in procedures.

You'll configure PXE servers, document test programs, participate in Kaizen and ISO activities, and help with NPI and mass production. 1–3 years in a similar environment and a NITEC or Diploma are preferred; basic Linux and C++ skills are useful.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Engineering with 1–3 years of experience in Server or Rack manufacturing.
• Good team player able to collaborate with peers, supervisors, and HQ teams.
• Basic programming & debugging skills in Linux & C++. SAP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Engineers in test-related activities for Server and Rack products in production.
• Support and implement PXE Server configuration for assigned products.
• Perform and maintain Server & Rack run-in tests, burn-in, and power test processes.
• Conduct failure testing and analysis on production units; work with Engineers to identify and implement improvements.
• Participate actively in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and update the Test Program Master List and tracking records.
• Prepare and revise Work Instructions (WIs) and provide training to production teams.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and mass production runs.
• Participate in ISO implementation and maintenance activities.
