Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a Deal Architect Intern to join our Singapore team. You will gain hands-on exposure to enterprise software sales, deal structuring, and the operational side of a global technology business.

You will collaborate with mentors to learn about pricing, contract terms, and commercial strategies while supporting deal development across APAC. The program runs for six months starting January 2027 as a full-time internship, offering professional development and meaningful, impactful

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computing & Law or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and financial data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; data analysis tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Deal Architects in development, review, and execution of customer deals across APAC.
• Assist analysis of deal structures, pricing, discounts, terms, and commercial scenarios.
• Prepare deal analyses, financial models, presentations, and business cases for approvals.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales Ops and stakeholders to progress deals and agreements.
• Maintain accurate deal documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve deal processes, tools, and efficiency.
• Conduct market, customer, pricing, and commercial trend research for APAC.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to deal strategy and transformation.
