Burnt Ends Restaurant Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated kitchen team member to support the Executive Chef in Production Kitchen operations. You will prepare meals, maintain mise-en-place, and ensure recipes are followed with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes multitasking, adherence to food safety standards, and strong communication with colleagues. Daytime hours with no night shift are offered, along with growth opportunities within the Burnt Ends Hospitality Group.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen experience.
• No minimum certification required.
• Good communications skills are essential.
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods and ingredients.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Be punctual and well disciplined.

Responsabilidades

• Support Executive Chef with precise, detail-oriented food preparation.
• Provide professional, friendly guest service and assist colleagues.
• Prepare food and manage kitchen operations in Production Kitchen.
• Do mise-en-place and prepare meals according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and portion control in all kitchen areas.
• Monitor food production for recipe compliance and minimize wastage.
• Inform supervisor when stock is low and assist with replenishment.
