Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited (NTUC Health) is seeking a Service Coordinator to support Day Rehabilitation Centres. The role covers onboarding, scheduling, subsidies, and client inquiries for Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy services in Singapore.

You will handle documentation, assist with center scheduling, enrolment, and CMS system tasks, while driving operational improvements and coordinating with the Care Coordinator team. A healthcare diploma and 3+ years' local experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience in Singapore.
• Knowledge of geriatrics and community services.
• Proficiency in MS Office apps.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace apps.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good teamwork and multitasking ability.
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and initiative.
• Independent, resourceful and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for new clients and assist with appointments and subsidies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery (AR services by Therapists).
• Plan and remind on reassessments of care plans per service requirements.
• Ensure timely documentation on systems and paper filing.
