Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. on Jurong Island is seeking a Procurement/Production Support Assistant to assist in purchasing consumables and sourcing new items, while collecting data and samples to facilitate troubleshooting.

The role operates on a 5-day work week from 8:30am to 5:15pm, with basic salary plus fixed allowance and AWS + VB, and company transport is provided. You will support shift operations and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Nitec in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a chemical processing environment; polymerization/extrusion advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of chemical processing with working knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist production in purchasing consumables and sourcing new operational items.
• Assist Operation Engineer to collect data and samples to facilitate troubleshooting.
• Follow Operation Engineer for non-regular work execution.
• Support shift operation activities when needed.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping, and compliance for routine activities.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Nitec in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years work experience in a chemical processing environment. Experience in polymerization and/or extrusion is advantageous.
3. Possess basic Knowledge of chemical processing with working knowledge
4. Proficient in using computing software – MS word, MS Excel
