Job summary

Ascendion Engineering Solutions Singapore Pte. Ltd is seeking an experienced DevOps/Day 2 Operations engineer to support mission-critical applications and platform services in a Singapore-based environment.

You will collaborate with Day 1, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and project teams to ensure high availability, security, and efficient deployment. The role involves building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration with Kubernetes/Docker, and proactive monitoring of systems

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT/Software Engineering or related.
Minimum 3 years in software/system engineering, DevOps, or production support.
Experience with enterprise or mission-critical systems preferred.
Government or large-scale enterprise experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide Day 2 operational support for mission-critical applications and platform services.
Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and issue resolution.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration.
Monitor system health, performance, logs, and operational alerts; support DR and business continuity.
