Job summary

Ascendion is seeking a Day 2 Software Engineer to ensure the smooth operation of software products post-deployment. You will perform end-to-end troubleshooting, fix coding bugs, and manage app configurations while supporting integration with other systems.

Responsibilities include documenting issues and solutions, collaborating with development, QA, and support teams, and providing excellent customer assistance to ensure reliable software operation.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Familiarity with configuration management and performance monitoring tools.
• Experience with Node.js, React, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, MongoDB.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Troubleshooting: Perform comprehensive troubleshooting to diagnose and fix issues related to software configuration, performance, and integration.
• Bug Fixing: Identify, analyze, and resolve coding bugs in a timely manner.
• App Configuration Management: Review and update app configurations to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
• Integration Support: Assist in resolving integration issues with other systems and platforms.
• Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers and address their concerns effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices.
